With Sony's latest flagship making its UK debut this week, what better way to celebrate than giving one away? The kind people at Expansys have donated a device for one lucky reader in the UK, while the handset is still only open to pre-orders. If you've entered one of our giveaways before, you may think you know the drill -- but hold up there sonny, as things have changed. Head past the break, and you'll be greeted with our new super competition entry machine (well, widget). Now you have a choice of methods to let you take part, and you can enter more than once should you so choose. If you preferred the old way, you can still comment to enter, but be sure to tell us via the widget or we'll never know (but we will check that you did comment). Engadget UK Giveaway: win a Nexus 4 courtesy of MobileFun

Who cares whether you've been naughty or nice this year? Not UK phone and accessory retailer MobileFun.co.uk, that's for sure. Because the team there has been kind enough to pass along one shiny new Nexus 4 for us to give away (indiscriminately) to one lucky UK reader. MobileFun sells the latest in mobile tech all year round, but if Santa didn't give you everything you wanted, there's a good chance it's on sale over there, so do go check it out. Engadget Giveaway: win an unlocked iPhone 5, courtesy of CloudOn!

We've given away a few iPhone 5s in the past, but this is the first opportunity we've had to hand out a GSM-unlocked version. Also known as the A1428 model, this particular iPhone will get you HSPA+ on any GSM network around the globe as well as dual-band LTE (for use on AT&T in the US and Rogers, Telus and Bell in Canada), and it's thanks to our friends at CloudOn for offering the chance. CloudOn is a free iOS and Android tablet app that lets you create, view and edit Microsoft Office files and link them to Dropbox, Box and Google Drive, so head on over to the App Store or Play Store to check it out. Before you do, however, leave a comment below to enter! Engadget's 2012 holiday giveaway: win one of 14 phones from AT&T

We're on the cusp of holiday retail madness, and if you know what's good for you, you'll make use of our comprehensive gift guides. Shopping for friends and family may be top priority, but we know you have a gadget wish list of your own. With that in mind, we've teamed up with AT&T to give away one of the carrier's hottest phones for each guide that goes up -- that's 14 devices total. To enter the contest, leave a comment on each of our guides. We're accepting entries until December 31st, at 11:59 ET, so make sure you get your "pick me!" in for your chance to win a sweet new handset to ring in the new year.

Update: To clarify, if you want to enter the contests you need to leave the comment on the actual gift guides. Comments here will sadly win you nothing, except perhaps our sympathy for your well-crafted and witty, but ultimately wasted, demand that we "pick" you.
