The Samsung ATIV 500T is a 1.8GHz Intel Atom dual core 11.6" tablet with a bright and pleasing PLS display and Wacom digitizer with pen.
It runs Windows 8 and has 2 gigs of RAM and a 64 gig SSD drive. There's a USB port, micro HDMI and a microSD card slot, yet it's relatively light at 1.65 pounds and slim. It's priced at $649, making it a bit more expensive than top tier Android and iOS tablets, but it's a more versatile product that can run Windows apps. There's an optional keyboard dock with trackpad for those of you who type lots.
